Construction methods and steps
1. Basic requirements: flat, solid, dry and clean.New plaster layer at least 14 days after hardening, after coating is dry, for construction (grass-roots flatness is less than 2-5 mm one square metre).
2. Material preparation: according to the material weight 25-30% of the proportion of water (water added to follow at the grass-roots level and climate changes), to the mix, mix should be finished within 2 hours.
3. Stir: according to the above proportion mixing, stirring for 3 to 5 minutes (or use hand electric drill),Stir well again after 5 minutes, then can be used.
4. The construction methods: Suggested usage: 4-5 kg per square meter.adopt the whole surface bonding method or the point box method two methods of polystyrene adhesive, and then stick polystyrene board directly on metope, bonding layer thickness is about 2-3 mm. stick polystyrene board must level off, compaction force.
Uneven polystyrene board can use coarse sand paper burnish, appropriate natural curing 12 hours can enter the next step of construction process.
